Armen Ter-Tachatyan

Between 1991-1993 Armen Ter-Tachatyan worked in the RA Supreme Court as a Senior Adviser. In the same period, he worked as a lecturer in the Yerevan State Institute of National Economy (lectures of law).
Between 1992-1993 he worked in the RA National Assembly Standing Committee for Economic Issues as an expert. At the same time, he was appointed at the RA state TV as a commentator in the “Iravunk” (Right) TV program.
Between 1993-1998 Ter-Tachatyan was the Deputy Director in the General Department of Civil Aviation of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. In the legal field, Armen Ter-Tatchatyan has carried out analytical work, prepared drafts of laws and legal acts, and has 10 years of experience in legal consulting.
In 1997 he founded “Ter-Tachatyan Legal and Business Consulting CJSC” and has since remained its Manager. He was appointed “Converse Bank CJSC” Board Member on March 15, 2007.
From December 30th, 2008 to December 26th, 2009 Ter-Tachatyan held the position of the Chairman of the Board of “Converse Bank CJSC”. On March 23rd, 2011, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of “Converse Bank CJSC” once more and has held that position until 2024.

Andranik Vahanyan

Between 1995-1997 Andranik Vahanyan worked in “ARAX Airways” CJSC as a Legal Advisor, Supervisor of Department of Foreign Relations, he was responsible for all legal issues (aviation law, contracts, corporative structure, labor relations, etc.), as well as creating and maintaining relations with foreign partners and international organizations․
In 1997 he worked in the General Department of Civil Aviation of the Republic of Armenia as a Head of Legal Department, Responsible for the development of aviation legislation and investment of principles of international aviation law in Armenia, compilation, and preparation of intergovernmental agreements in the sphere of air transport, legal issues and other related issues of management of aviation infrastructure; drafting various legal regulations; an official member of the State Commission of Licensing and Certification in the aviation sphere; legal supervision of the activities of licensed entities. In the same year was a Head of the International Relations Department and was responsible for relations with foreign countries and organizations as well as with international organizations (ICAO, ECAC, IAC, IATA, ATA, etc.).

Arsen Tavadyan

From 2014 till now Arsen Tavadyan is a Senior Lecturer (docent) in the Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law, Chair of Civil Law, he is Developing and delivering lectures in Civil Law. He also provides lectures in the Academy of Justice.
From 2019 till now he is a national consultant at Council of Europe and from 2020 he is a National Consultant at UNDP. He is involved as an expert in Law, Governance, Justice, Public administration.
In 2020 he was elected as a member of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Armenia, which was formed to draft amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia.
From 2010 he joined our team as an associate․

Marine Vasilyan
Associate
Between 2006-2007 Marine Vasilyan was a Legal Adviser at “Global SPC” CJSC, was responsible for all legal issues (contracts, other legal documents; corporative structure, labor relations, legal consulting, etc.).
Between 2008-2010 she was a First Class Specialist at the National Statistical Service of the Republic of Armenia, was responsible for the procedure for bringing to administrative responsibilities of legal entities.
Marine joined us at 2010 as an associate.

Between 2017 – 2021 Ani Hakobyan studed at Yerevan Branch of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.

From 2008 till now Hayk Adamyan is a chief accountant at Hayq-Arar LLC in the field of agriculture and agri-food.
From 2012 till now he is a founder and director at BPC Europe.
From 2012 till now he is a chief accountant at Sexual Health Protection NGO. Hayk joined us in 2006 as a financial accountant.

Anahit Babayan

Between 2013-2015 Anahit Babayan worked at Converse Bank CJSC as a Customer Service consultant.
Between 2015 – 2019 Anahit Babayan worked at Converse Bank CJSC in Office Operations Division as an Executive Assistant, she was responsible for Organizing Management Board, Credit Committees, maintaining the database of normative acts of the Bank.
